Irina Batrakova | Principal

Irina Batrakova, a Future Leaders Exchange Program (FLEX) alum from former Soviet Union, graduated Cum Laude from Portland State University (2000) and Lewis and Clark Law School (2004). She began her career as an Immigration Attorney, specializing in business immigration for mid-size to Fortune 500 companies. Irina has a passion for working with candidates from around the globe, guiding them on their career and immigration journeys. Irina often volunteers with Make-A-Wish and enjoys travel and an active lifestyle.

NADYA DOBRYDNIK | TALENT ACQUISITION

Nadejda (Nadya) Dobrydnik, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner, educator, and nursing leader in South Florida. With more than 8 years of experience as an NP in primary care, community health, and HIV medicine, she also serves as Director of an accredited Advanced Practice Provider Postgraduate Residency Program. A graduate of Florida International University, where she earned her MSN-FNP and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees, she has returned to her Alma Mater as nursing faculty. Nadejda is passionate about clinical education, professional development, and helping foreign nurses build successful careers in the U.S. healthcare system.

Aida Ying Chen | Talent Acquisition

Aida Ying Chen, DNP, APRN, CRNA, is a nurse anesthetist and educator at May Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She works closely with THRIVE Talent to support international nursing education and NCLEX programs for foreign RNs. Originally from China, she holds degrees from the University of Rochester and Thomas Jefferson University and is active in the American Nurses Association.
